1:We ship internationally.
Orders normally are shipped in 1-3 business day after being placed ( if you not order on weekend, we normally ship out in 1-2 days ).
1)For retail :use air mail , it take 12-60days, it it base on different country.
2)For wholesale:We use UPS/DHL/Fedex/TNT/EMS ,others as our air express service company and sea, it takes 5-7 days to ship to worldwide, so normally you will receive you order in about 6-10 days after you place the order. by sea , it is need 30-45days.
** Please note:
1) Processing time and shipping time excludes weekends and statutory holidays when our stockroom and the mail carriers are closed.
2) We will occasionally face the un-scheduled Customs Inspection by China Customs when the products are leaving China, it will delay the shipping time out of our schedule we promised. This is an event that we can not control the process, customers will be informed once the products are under this situation. Normally it will delay the shipping about 2-3 days.
3) The packing list is located inside the box with a list of the products that are in the order.
4) If there are more than one color for some items, items will be shipped out randomly, sometimes will not be exactly the same with the photo represented on the website.
